Tarbert Seafood Festival


The annual Tarbert Seafood Festival brings together a huge variety of food producers, premium entertainment and cooking demonstrations featuring some well known names from television and the catering industry. A great event for families and children of all ages. Free entry.

Inveraray Highland Games

Horticultural Day In Kames


The bi-annual flower, fruit and vegetable show where local enthusiasts all compete for first prize.

Kilfinan Sheepdog Trials


Sheepdog trials are held in Kilfinan in the month of August, timing your family break with these events gives you a greater selection of things to see and do. All are welcome to watch the local ‘stars’ show off their skills in rounding up the wayward sheep.  The winners are presented , by a local ‘celebrity’ with a  Cup.
